On Wednesday, April 29, in Jakarta, at the NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic, Daniele Gagliardi, Eka Corporate Chef, held a guest lecture dedicated to hospitality students.
The session, attended by more than 60 participants, retraced the chef’s professional journey, with the aim of offering a concrete insight into the dynamics of kitchen work and the increasingly central role of technology in operational processes.
Students actively took part in the day through discussions, Q&A sessions, and practical demonstrations on the use of Eka technologies, with a concrete focus on their impact in terms of operational efficiency and quality of results.
To complete the program, two demonstration sessions were organized in collaboration with MKF: a first demo held the day before the lecture and a second one following the university speech.
The first session took place at the MKF Cooking Cinema, where Daniele Gagliardi conducted a training session dedicated to the local sales and marketing team using Millennial and RedFlash ovens, bringing the technologies into a real and operational application context.
For Tecnoeka, training opportunities and direct exchanges such as these represent a concrete value: creating connections between education, real use of technologies, and the development of professional skills.
