WHAT IS TECNOEKA FOR CRISTINA LORA?

Tecnoeka for me is passion, pride and courage matched together. The company is what you can create, firmly believing in your own ideas; ideas that become choices, sometimes risky, but if cultivated with due dedication and sparingly, can give valuable rewards. Tecnoeka is for me a daily improvement challenge.

THE COMPANY HAS A HISTORICAL TRADITION. WHEN YOU STARTED TO WORK IN TECNOEKA, DID YOU EXPECT THAT TECNOEKA WOULD BECOME THE STRUCTURED AND WELL ESTABLISHED REALITY OF TODAY?

I started to work in the company in 1998, and since then I have concentrated all my strengths and commitment to build step by step a company that fitted my conception of Italian excellence. I've always wanted and chased, with commitment and many sacrifices. Tecnoeka exports to over 90 countries in the world and this also thanks to the tenacity to achieve the goals that I have set, and that every day I try to transmit to people beside me. I believe in people, the results are achieved thanks to the team work, all Tecnoeka employees are an important part in the results that the company has achieved. Passion for work and constant commitment are the requirements that I love to see shine in the eyes of my staff.

WHAT IS THE GOAL OF TECNOEKA?

Our goal is to always succeed, and in any way, to meet the demands and needs of our customers. The satisfaction of those who use our products is the lifeblood that encourages us to improve constantly, investing in the development of new prototypes, purchasing tools and high-performance and technology equipment, and by training our staff. Human resources are the main assets in which to invest. We want to offer our customers an oven that is first and foremost a tool to accompany them in the work of every day, by assisting and facilitating them. The quality of the ovens we produce goes beyond the simple realization, being the result of a combination of several factors such as technical expertise, dedication and experience ..
