Three very good reasons to visit Tecnoeka at SIGEP 2018: world-renowened pastry, gourmet bread and the new Millennial line

 The 39th International Trade Show of Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and the Coffee World will return to Rimini from the 20th to the 24th of January 2018. This year it promises to be a surprising and impressing event. Tecnoeka will join the fair presenting Millennial, the new line of electric combi ovens with design application and three patented technological innovations. The line is dedicated to the generation that inspired it: the millennials.

 

 

On Sunday 21st January 2018, stand 156, Hall B1, Sigep’s visitors will see Millennial at work and discover all its potentialities. Tecnoeka will organise two open events in collaboration with iCook, a cooking school founded thanks to the passion and enthusiasm of two friends: the cooking and pastry teacher Francesca Maggio and the world-famous pastry chef Luca Montersino.

 

Sunday 21st January 2018 will start off with the event “Cook with Taste” from 10.30 am to 1pm led by Piergirogio Giorilli, a world-renowned master baker. His career started in 1959 in his family’s bakery and reached the top of Italian and international bakery. In 1994 he took part in the World Team-championship and he got the 2nd individual place in Bread making. Then, he trained and prepared the Italian national team that won the bakery category in the European Championship of Nantes. At Sigep 2018, the master baker Giorilli will prepare different kinds of gourmet bread. Come and try them all at Tecnoeka’s stand n°156, Hall B1.

Later, on Sunday 21st January 2018, from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm at Tecnoeka’s stand there will be an amazing cooking show by Luca Montersino, a world-famous pastry star and cofounder of iCook cooking school. This is an incredible opportunity to discover his amazing technique.
