The main foreign markets include France, Hungary, Poland, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, South Africa, Turkey and the Middle East. The main customers are the Ho.Re.Ca sector: restaurants, pizzerias, pastry shops and also the retail sector. More recently, the fishmonger sector has been added.
